Refund Policy

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations for ready to ship items.
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Custom orders require full payment before I begin to make them. Because of the nature of custom orders, I cannot accept returns on these items.

In the case of an item that was damaged during shipping:
Please contact me ASAP with pictures of the damaged item and shipping container. Do not throw away item or container. The post office will need this as proof of damage for claims to be filed. I must have these pictures before any type of refund or replacement can be processed.

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless I am determined to be at fault). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

In the case of an item that was stolen after delivery: 
Please provide a delivery address for a secure delivery location. If in the event that your package is stolen, you will need to file a police report and a report with the postal inspector. We are not responsible for stolen packages; however, if you submit a copy of both filed reports, we will replace your items (when possible) at a discount.
